One thing I like about Japanese fighting is that they seem more sadistic and crazy. Maybe not stronger or tougher...but definitely more twisted.
I agree with your assessment about girls from Latino countries. For a good rough and tumble fight, the best place to look is fighters from third world nations. They seem more willing to fight to the end and aren't too worried about getting beat up.
