quicktime 7.5.5 dosent work on xp?

i downloaded the quicktime and disabled the media player and still the new videos are not playing... i have the widows xp version, what cind of player do i need? im a member for allmost a year and still i havent seen half of the videos and i feel like an idiot... please help... good day

Thats odd. Try a multi format player like this one

I also suggested KMPlayer

But for members with XP, the codecs on the top of the members area solved the problem
