Miss Germany lost in round 2 to Miss Finland by 5-6 and will get a new chance by this qualification round.
Miss Argentina lost in round 2 to Miss Iceland by 4-7 and will get a new chance by this qualification round.

This will be the last qualification round for the best loosers. Beginning with round 3 we will only have winners for the next round and the loosers are out of the tournament.
