Shelly Martinez returns to Knockout Girlz in hopes of getting a future rematch with KOG Champion Christie Ricci, but newcomer Shodire stands in her way.

Newcomer Shodire asks Shelly Martinez for some training, a confident Shelly Martinez wants to see what she has. Shelly Martinez starts off by taking Shodire down with a headlock, Shodire attempts to break free and Shelly Martinez then hits her with a russian leg sweep. Shodire attempts to show respect to Shelly Martinez, who instead starts kicking and stomping a surprised Shodire.

Shelly Martinez then throws Shodire into the corner before hitting her with forearm strikes and shoulder rams, Shelly Martinez then locks Shodire in a shoulder stretch. Shodire starts to fight back with forearm strikes and a modified camel clutch on Shelly Martinez. Shodire then puts Shelly Martinez in the corner and hits her with more forearm strikes and a monkey flip, Shodire then locks Shelly Martinez in a camel clutch.

Shodire then stretches Shelly Martinez on her knee while hitting her with belly punches, Shodire then stretches Shelly Martinez out with a stump puller. Shelly Martinez regains the advantage by raking Shodire in the eyes, Shelly Martinez then puts Shodire in the camel clutch and Shodire taps out and Shelly Martinez will win the first fall.

The second fall starts off with Shelly Martinez doing a New Kids On The Block impersonation, Shodire gets the early edge by hitting Shelly Martinez with knee strikes. Shodire then hits Shelly Martinez with a DDT and arm bar, Shelly Martinez then offers her hand in respect to Shodire before knocking Shodire down with belly kicks.

Shodire quickly recovers by locking Shelly Martinez in an arm bar and body scissors that forces Shelly Martinez to verbally submit.

The third fall starts off with Shelly Martinez quickly tossing Shodire in the corner, then hitting her with chops and a snap mare. Shelly Martinez then puts Shodire in the sleeper hold with body scissors, Shodire tries to break the hold and Shelly Martinez mounts her before locking her in a second sleeper hold. Shodire eventually forces Shelly Martinez in the corner to hit her with belly punches, Shodire then hits Shelly Martinez with a bull dog.

Shelly Martinez eventually gets control again by putting Shodire in the corner, Shelly Martinez then uses a bear hug to weaken Shodire. Shelly Martinez then puts Shodire back in the corner to hit her with shoulder rams, Shelly Martinez then uses a bull dog and reverse DDT to score a five count and win the third fall.

The fourth fall starts off with the girls doing a test of strength, the test of strength ends with Shodire powering Shelly Martinez to the mat below. Shodire follows it up by putting Shelly Martinez in a single leg boston crab, Shodire then locks Shelly Martinez in an arm bar. Shodire follows that up by putting Shelly Martinez in the stump puller, Shodire then puts Shelly Martinez in the camel clutch.

Shodire then forces Shelly Martinez in the corner where she clobbers her with belly punches, Shodire then levels Shelly Martinez with a DDT. Shelly Martinez starts to fight back by forcing Shodire in the corner, Shelly Martinez then chokes Shodire in the corner. Shodire explodes out of the corner to hit Shelly Martinez with a tackle and arm bar, but Shelly Martinez recovers by kicking and punching Shodire.

Shodire quickly recovers by hitting Shelly Martinez with a DDT, Shodire then locks Shelly Martinez in a modified stump puller that forces Shelly Martinez to submit.

With the best of five match tied with both Shelly Martinez and Shodire gaining two victories each, will the rookie gain the final fall or will Shelly Martinez prove her dominance over the KOG newcomer?

Match Thoughts: This was an interesting match that actually had a similar build up to an earlier Knockout Girlz match between Shelly Martinez and Deanna. Also, nobody involved in the match announces that it was a best of five match, which you find out following fall one. The funny New Kids On The Block reference and other pop culture references are entertaining in their own right.
