The video begins with Heather introducing herself to the viewers, Heather then starts lifting weights to work on her biceps in various ways. Heather then starts working out her triceps, Heather then moves onto working out her back once she is done with her triceps. Heather then takes the time to do some shoulder work, Heather then does her biceps again as the video concludes.

Video Thoughts: There really isn’t much to say about this video, all there is on there is an incredibly hot blonde woman working out in tight fitting clothes…no complaints here.
